On April 27, the second day of the Grand Prix Formula 1 SOCAR Azerbaijan between the pilots broke intense sports wrestling. At first, the first Formula 2 competition took place within the Grand Prix Formula 1 SOCAR Azerbaijan. At the competition 10 teams of two pilots each fought for the championship. Pilots made 32 laps around the Baku city ring. Pilot Jack Aitken from Campos Racing team won in an interesting wrestling match. ART Grand Prix pilot Nick de Vries was second, and MP Motorsport driver Jordan King was third.
