The festival is attended by 3,900 athletes from 48 European countries. 52% of the participants were boys and 48% were girls. Athletes try their best for 135 sets of medals. In total, 930 medals were prepared for the winners. Medals of 300 gold, 300 silver and 330 bronze.
122 athletes from Azerbaijan were represented at the festival.
