Azerbaijan, Baku. The FIG Apparatus World Cup 2025 took place at the National Gymnastics Arena on March 6-9. Athletes from 18 countries as well as neutral athletes competed for the World Cup.
Among the gymnasts competing on various apparatuses, were Milad Karimi (Kazakhstan), Simnov Nikita (Azerbaijan), Chusovitina Oksana (Uzbekistan) and other athletes who previously won a number of awards.
According to the final results, among male athletes, Sharamkou Yahor (AIN), Dang Brandon (USA), Simonov Nikita (Azerbaijan), Chepurnyi Nazar (Ukraine) and Matsumi Kazuki (Japan) on 2 apparatuses were awarded with Gold Medals. Among female gymnasts Belak Teja (Slovenia), Tsitavets Alena (AIN), Nakamura Haruka (Japan) and Kishi Rina (Japan) won gold medals. In terms of the total number of medals, Japan became the country with the most, earning 9 medals.
In addition to all the awards, Chepurnyi Nazar and Mayer Greta, who scored the highest execution points for their performances in the qualifying rounds, were presented with the AGF Trophy.
