PROPOSITIONS AND PARTICIPATION:
1. ORGANIZERS
ASSOCIATION OF PHOTOGRAPHERS OF GEORGIA, Photographic Art Association of Transcarpathia,The Union of Photographers of Azerbaijan
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The salon is open to amateur and professional photographers from all over the world. On Jury’s approval the entrants must send the photographs digitally. Entrants must be authors of the works they submit. Each participant may send maximum of 4 photographs to each section. The organizer can use the exhibited works for reproduction in the catalogue and for promotion without paying any author’s fee. Taking part in Salon, participant automatically confirm his (her) agreement with the FIAP document 2014/317 E http://patronages.fiap.net/assets/info-317-patronage-e.pdf «Conditons for application and regulations for organization of international photographic events» and especially to its chapter II «Regulations for International photographic events under FIAP patronage» dealing under Section II.2 with the FIAP participation rules and the red list.”
IMPORTANT NOTICE: “With the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, the entrant accepts without exception and with no objection that the submitted images can be investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even if the entrant is not a member of FIAP; that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this undertaking; that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by FIAP and that in case of sanctions following the non compliance with FIAP regulations, the name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform the breaches of the rules. It is recommended to leave the EXIF data in the submitted files intact in order to ease eventual investigations” http://patronages.fiap.net/assets/info-317-patronage-e.pdf.
3. SECTIONS
There are for digital sections:
A) DIGITAL: OPEN / color
B) DIGITAL: OPEN / monochrome
C) DIGITAL: LANDSCAPE (color/monochrome)
D) DIGITAL: PEOPLE (color/monochrome)
Each photo can be presented in only one section.
4. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photos must be in JPG file format, Entries size requirements: 1024 x 768 pixels, maximum file size: 1Mb. You have to upload the files online with our entry-form. Each entry-form must be written only in English. No requirements for file names, file name should be as you would want it to appear in the catalogue. Only English letters (a-z) are allowed.
5. ENTRY FORM
Authors submit photos online. Each entry-form must be written only in English.
Following the instructions on www.photo-forum.eu. Online registration (Entry Form): http://www.photo-forum.eu, Pay attention! Just after the notification of judging results, all accepted participants should send their accepted works as soon as possible in the following format: resolution – 300 dpi at the size 200 х 300 mm for placing and high-quality printing in Catalog. Photographs in big dimension please send by e-mail: photographers.ge@gmail.com or by file share.
6. ENTRY FEE
Entry fee is mandatory for all participants: 35 Euros – 2 sections and 39 Euros for all 4 sections. Possible ways of payment: – PayPal transfer.

Payment comments please write the full name of the author . Checks are not accepted. The works of the authors who did not pay the fee would not be taken into consideration.
7. REPORT CARD NOTIFICATIONS
All participants will receive report card notifications via e-mail. The results of the exhibition will also be published on the website www.photo-forum.eu
8. CATALOG
All participants who have paid the fee will receive the Catalogue.
Organizer will take all possible care when handling the incoming and outgoing mail. However, we do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss during transit.

SALON – Gold, Silver, Bronze medals in each section (12 altogether) + 3 SALON honorable mention ribbons in each section (12 altogether)

The jury reserves the right to grant additional awards. Each author can receive only one award in each of the section. The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable, complaints are not possible.
