During the tragedy committed by the Armenian army on October 11, 10 people, including 5 women, were killed in Ganja. Also, 34 people were injured, including 10 women and 9 minors. Another war crime was committed on the 17th. As a result of rocket fire in the central part of Ganja, 14 people were killed, more than 50 people were injured, and numerous civil infrastructure facilities and vehicles were severely damaged. Among the dead and injured were minors, women and the elderly.
To date, 65 civilians have been killed and 297 injured as a result of heavy artillery and missile systems fire on our settlements by the Armenian armed forces. Also, as a result of intensive heavy artillery and rocket fire by the Armenian army, 2,243 houses, 90 apartment buildings and 402 civilian facilities fell into disrepair.
Attacks on densely populated areas with Tochka-U, Smerch, Scud and other missiles are aimed at killing large numbers of civilians. Purposeful targeting of civilians is a crime against humanity. Armenia ignores international law, continues to commit war crimes, and those who call for a ceasefire, and the world community, is content to watch it. To ignore this crime is to become its participant.
